Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Lead ABA therapy programs, supervise RBTs, and make a lasting impact on children with autism and their families.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Supervise and mentor RBTs and Behavior Technicians
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams
- Ensure quality implementation of ABA programs
Qualifications:
- BCBA certification in good standing
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field
- Experience with children with autism preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Benefits & Perks:
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Work directly with children with autism, implementing ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized ABA therapy programs
- Collect and record behavioral data
- Work one-on-one with children in home or clinic settings
- Collaborate with BCBAs and families
Qualifications:
- RBT certification (or willing to obtain)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Passion for working with children
- Reliable transportation
